Paris fashion week's best dressed stars

April 15, 2016

It may signify the end of three months of fashion shows, after parties and annual celebrations, but Paris fashion week saw celebrities bid au revoir to the season in style. Everyone knows that the real fashion statements take place in the front row, not on the runway, so we rounded up our favorite celebrity outfits from this year’s festival.

CIARA

The American singer has revived her career and made some serious friends in fashion over the last year. Her stunning features and tall frame make it easy to see why she is the muse to big name French designers like Givenchy and Balamain. She looks absolutely breathtaking in this all black ensemble, which features oversized suiting and a sexy lace leotard. The fishtail braid is bang on trend and we love that she has kept this look relaxed and sexy, instead of super tailored.

Kendall Jenner

It wouldn’t be fashion week without Kendall Jenner. The rising supermodel walked in more runway shows than we can count this week but managed to slip into the front row to view the show from Shiatzy Chen. The look featured metallic shoes and matching mini skirt, with pastel pops in the clutch and Japanese style blouse. This look is pretty left of center for Jenner, who is usually snapped in classic monochrome and denim.

Emilia Clarke

You may not recognize the Game of Thrones star without her platinum wig and dragon pals but she looked stunning at the Miu Miu show in her blazer mini dress and sleek bob. She played up her milky complexion with a swipe of red lipstick and elongated her legs with classic point toe pumps in contrasting silk print. Love, love, love.

Maria Sharapova

Turns out she looks even better out of her tennis gear and in couture! Maria Sharapova strikes a pose at the airline inspired Chanel runway show in a tweed sweater dress and brown accessories. We love the 1950s glam vibe of this look, and wish we got to see her all dressed up more often. The brown tan accessories are bang on trend with the vintage aesthetic of the season.

Kelly Rowland

The former Destiny’s Child singer is absolutely glowing in this tan suede dress at the Balmain show. The warm caramel of the dress pops beautifully against her skin tone and dark features, and nails the trend of suede and neutral in one standout piece. Her lace-up booties are the perfect shoe for the ensemble and we love that her hair and makeup are kept nude and plain to let the dress do the talking.

Jessica Alba

Jessica nails preppy chic as she attends the Dior show, head to toe in the brand. She pairs an embellished collared blouse with auburn culottes and statement heels. Also – how cute is her mini bag?! Totally impractical of course but ridiculously cute.
