A source close to Britney reveals it is all down to her crazy workout regimen inspired by her residency at Las Vegas. Her crazy show schedule keeps her active, but Britney reportedly workouts out twice a day on top of her grueling training sessions for the shows.
The star admitted to seriously struggling with her love of all things greasy during her pregnancies, and was unable to cut the naughty treats out of her diet after giving birth to her kids. Starbucks frappuccinos, Cheetos, French fries and burgers were some of her vices, all of which she has completely eliminated from her diet.
The source told star magazine that Britney has banned bread altogether and cut down on snacking significantly as part of her low-carb, high-protein diet. Brit does 1,000 crunches a day to get her abs back to their pre-baby best, and we think her hard work is paying off. Doesn’t she look great?
