We’ve all been there – you wake up at 10 am, stumble out of bed, catch a glimpse of yourself in the mirror and wonder how you are going to take on the day. Last night you were having the time of your life but this morning you have puffy eyes, dull skin and greasy hair. But do not fear!
Follow these simple beauty hacks and no one will have any idea how many tequila shots you consumed the night before.

1. GET SCRUBBING!
Use an exfoliant, mitt or loofah to buff your skin and spark it into action. This will help to increase circulation and get your skin glowing and detoxing.
2. Pack on the moisturiser.
Use a concentrated, hydrating moisturiser to help quench your dehydrated skin. Alcohol causes us to lose elasticity so always apply moisturiser before bed and in the morning – no matter how hung over you may be.
3. Soothe your eyes.
Pop two green tea bags in to brew, remove from the mug and allow to cool before placing under both eyes. Green tea has antioxidant properties that help to soothe your eyes and fight puffiness.

4. Color code your concealer.
Use a bright orange concealer under your eyes to combat naughty dark circles often caused by lack of sleep or stress. The orange counteracts the blue tones and leaves you with a neutral base upon which to apply your foundation.
5. Brighten it up with an illuminator.
Mix your usual base with a brightening illuminator to add a natural looking glow to your lacklustre morning after skin. Pay extra attention to applying it along your cheekbones, chin and brow bone.
6. Just keep drinking – water!
Drinking water throughout the night and the day after helps to replace lost fluids and get your body back to feeling its best. This is by far the best trick (and the easiest) to looking beautiful the day after a big night out.
